       Returning from Thanksgiving Break

    The California Department of Public Health encourages all students and staff to test for COVID before returning to school on Monday, November 28. 

    If you want/need COVID tests, each teacher will have them available in their room during Family-Teacher Conferences.  You may also pick up tests in the office at any time.

    Affordable Connectivity Program

    The FCC has launched the Affordable Connectivity Program

    (ACP) which helps low-income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices; the $14.2 billion successor to the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program.

    Eligible households to receive:

    Discounts up to $30 per month on internet service

    Discounts up to $75 per month on internet service if the household is on qualifying tribal lands

    A one-time discount up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers  (with a co-payment of more than $10 and less than $50)

    Uniform Complaint Procedures

    The Oakley Union Elementary School District annually notifies our students, employees, parents or guardians of its students, the district advisory committee, school advisory committees, appropriate private school officials, and other interested parties of the Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) process.
